October 26th starting at 4:00 p.m with the meal being served at 4:30.
The HOA will provide the meat, plates, napkins and utensils. Please bring a side dish or a dessert along with your preferred beverage, a chair and a serving utensil.

Additionally, Shady Oaks Wheels (SOW) Car & Motorcycle Show will be held in combination with the Shady OakstoberFest!
This bbq/picnic and show is only open to Shady Oaks Estates residents.
If you have a car, truck, motorcycle, or a special interest vehicle (old or new) that you feel would be of interest to your neighbors, and you would like to display it in a casual and informal atmosphere, here is a chance to get out for a few hours to meet with other residents of Shady Oaks Estates, have some great BBQ and see some cool vehicles.
Also, after the BBQ and cleanup, Gene Baker will have his telescope at the event for star gazing.
Weather and cloud cover permitting, this event will begin approximately 30 minutes after sunset.
